How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. After processing, your order is sent to our fulfillment center to start printing your design. Once at the fulfillment center, it typically takes 1–3 business days for your order to ship. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at support@sweatshirts.co within 2 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to cancel it in time. If your order has already entered production, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Can I combine discount codes on my order?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. Each discount code is valid for single use only and expires immediately after being used.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee based on the number of items you purchase.

What sizes do you offer?
All of our sweatshirts are available in sizes S–3XL. You can view detailed measurements by clicking the 'Size Guide' button on each product page. Please also check our Size Guide for more details.

What materials are your sweatshirts made of?
Our sweatshirts are made from high-quality, soft cotton blends designed for comfort and durability. Most are made in Nicaragua, with designs printed in the USA and Mexico. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

How do I wash and care for my sweatshirt?
We recommend washing your sweatshirt inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the best results. Avoid ironing directly over printed designs. For full care instructions, please review our Care Instructions page.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections due to our use of third-party print providers. Please read our Refund Policy page for full details.
In some countries, such as the United Kingdom, we are legally required to provide a refund within 7 days for eligible returns under consumer protection laws.

How do I return an item?
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in new condition to qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, you will need to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on return eligibility and instructions.

Where are you based?
We are based in the United Kingdom. We work with third-party print-on-demand providers that have fulfillment centers in the USA and Mexico. They handle the printing and shipping of your orders to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Will my sweatshirt look exactly like the mockup?
Yes, the design you see on the product page is the exact design we will print on your sweatshirt. However, there may be slight variations in print size, placement, and color due to the printing process.
Please note that the design may appear slightly smaller or larger on your sweatshirt compared to the product page. This is because we offer sizes from S to 3XL, and the design is printed proportionally to the size you select.
